As for the Monotony...

Me and my big mouth.. writing things about monotony and the absence of interesting events in my life.. well God gave me a good dose a day after my post which said how boring and uneventful life had become. On saturday was my oral exam for a my beloved subject Information Systems Security, but then i got information about a company coming to recruit on campus just the day before my oral. That was it. The biggest dilemma.. study for oral or for a job. The only thought in my mind was.. if i dont get the job and also fail in the oral.. and some company which comes to recruit next semester requires no ATKT.. then i'll be screwed. But none the less i ended up not doing any of the two things.
The D-Day arrived.. i went for the company.. gave the Gen. and Tech Aptitude test. My name wasn't shortlisted.. none the less i was called for the GD.. call it a wildcard entry. That was it.. it was no looking back from that. Finally i got the job.. i hopefully should also pass my oral exam too.. and till today i have been celebrating the sudden influx of events in my life. Thank God.. AMEN!!

World of Warcraft Expansion

At its Blizzcon conference in Anaheim, Calif. on Friday, Blizzard Entertainment revealed the first details of an expansion pack planned for World of Warcraft called The Burning Crusade.
World of Warcraft is Blizzard’s entry into the massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG) genre. The game is based in the fantasy world of Azeroth, scene of past Warcraft games. Players assume the role of heroes from each of the species or races represented in Horde and Alliance factions, picking everything from their characters’ physical appearance to their profession.
As an online game, World of Warcraft teams up thousands of players on online servers, where they’re charged a monthly fee in order to play. The game has become an international phenomenon, spurrings hundreds of thousands of players to subscribe. It was released simultaneously for the Mac and PC late in 2004 and has been maintained for both platforms ever since.
The add-on pack, The Burning Crusade, will expand the game with new races, new lands to explore, new “Battlegrounds” upon which to fight other players, additional professions, new items and more. Gamers who install the expansion pack will be able to increase their characters’ experience cap to Level 70 (Level 60 is the current limit).
Two new playable races will be added with this. Blizzard only revealed initial details about one such race today — the Blood Elves, descendants of the exiled Highborne elves aligned with The Horde.
New high-level dungeons will be added, new monsters, hundreds of new quests and new items and much more. An entire new continent called Outland will also be featured — it is the remains of Draenor, homeworld of the Orcs. Outland is now ruled by the fallen elf Illidan, who lives in fear that he will be discovered by Arthas, the new Lich King, and the remaining Lords of the Burning Legion.
A release date was not announced, but system requirements are expected to be the same as the original.

What is the concept of defense: The parrying of a blow.
What is the characteristic feature: Awaiting the blow.

Letting the ink from my pen bleed.. i say it simply.. without any unjust clouding of thoughts.. Why does life get uneventful and monotonous (always in a vicious circle) ..

So i suggest:
1. Make most of the wierd moments which occur everyday
2. Avoid wierd moments from occuring EVERYDAY
3. Laugh (if possible without intoxication.. That is also possible)
4. Meet an interesting person of the opposite sex (good looking if u can manage) (one who does not prove his/her prowess in literature or vocabulary... that is only required when one needs to prove a point ;) )
5. Next time u travel by train and go to the loo.. watch the tracks pass underneath u
6. If u travel by air.. no use.. jus checkout hot airhostesses ;)
7. Try aphrodisiacs without any reason (not viagra)
8. Or just get HIGH (intoxicated.. for the goodie goodies)

9. If u are vela enough to do any of the above things... go to sleep u r useless

Ultimate Embarassment in Counter Strike:Death by Knife Or High Explosive

This is one query i cant seem to find an answer for. What is the ultimate embarassment.. being killed by a knife (melee) or by a HE grenade. I've had the pleasure of doing both to a few lucky people and have also been the victim a few times (and only a few times). But having experienced both once or twice, (and both are very embarassing deaths, especially in a high energy game) i still cant find the answer to which is more embarassing of the two. None the less the quest for headshots and new strategies still continues.
